Great price for all you can eat, quality matched the price. Sushi rolls were 3 or 4 pieces each which I liked because you could try more. Nigiri was heavy on the rice, but veggie tempura was perfect. Service was fast - was in and out in under an hour easily. Sat at the sushi bar and there was music and tv on for good vibes. Wait system was easy you just scan a QR code to get in line.
If you like all you can eat places, make a stop here! You order on a little piece of paper, writing down the number of the menu items you want. The food comes out quickly once the server rings in your food, and they are always efficient with taking dirty plates off your table. For $20 AYCE is so worth it and you will leave stuffed full every time!
Fuji Sushi has been a staple since I was in high school. This was the go-to place for all-you-can-eat sushi. The sushi is good but not great. You get what you pay for. The non-sushi items are also good but not top-tier. This place is the spot for cheap sushi and other options (rice, noodles, soup, salad, dumplings, etc.). The wait for food may be extended, and getting ahold of a server may be tricky, but again, the price for all-you-can-eat makes you look past it.
This is the best all you can eat sushi place I've ever been to. We've drive past 3 others to get to this one. The service isn't the best, but they're always busy, so I try to be a human being and cut them some slack. They're always so nice to the kids that come in and they always listen to the weird accommodations we have for some of the dishes. Seriously, they're top notch. The vibe is chill, but it does get a little loud. Not too loud that you can't talk, there just always busy.
It was so good! I come here a lot and everytime I enjoy the food. Hate to see all these negative reviews because the people who own it work very hard.

It's a nice restaurant offering sushi and nigiri. The nigiri was really good as well as the sushi. The price is $21.99 for all you can eat. The place was crowded, but they found us a table with a short wait. We were waited upon quickly, and even the food came fast. I was actually surprised by the speed. The place is not fancy. However, it seems to be well organized. I think it's their staff that work so efficiently as a team. There is free parking. However, the parking is limited and shared by many businesses in the area. If you like sushi, then Fuji Sushi is worth a visit when dining in the San Marcos area of Jacksonville!
